In honour of CMP’s 70th anniversary employees of the Central Plant Laboratory share their memories on the history of the company – especially about the people, who developed the plant’s laboratory service.
A special place in the Central Plant Laboratory is given to the album, published in 1986 to mark CMP’s 30th anniversary. It contains photographs, recollections and information about the shifts, divisions and particular employees of the laboratory throughout different periods of its work. The album preserves the living history of the department and the professional journeys of specialists, many of whom devoted their entire careers to the plant.
For the Central Plant Laboratory team this album is a testament to continuity between generations and respect of the work of CMP’s veteran employees. It recalls the people, whose expertise, responsibility, and dedication laid the foundation for the company’s laboratory capabilities.
Today CMP laboratory team carefully preserves historical materials of the plant. 70’s anniversary year shows the importance of keeping the enterprise’s memories: it is part of the corporate culture, that connects the experience of previous generations with the work of the team, continuing to develop the company today.
